Do I have to be local to work with you?
No. While we’re based in Calhoun, Georgia, we use secure, cloud-based tools so we can work with clients in Northwest Georgia and beyond.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
We primarily work with modern cloud-based bookkeeping platforms such as QuickBooks Online and Xero, so your books are accessible and backed up.
My books are a mess. Can you help?
Absolutely. Our Clean-Up service is built for businesses that are behind on their books or need old records corrected and brought current.
Do you prepare tax returns?
We focus on bookkeeping and financial organization. We’re happy to work alongside your tax preparer or CPA by providing clean, accurate books and reports.
How does the 50% off promotion work?
When you sign a 12-month bookkeeping agreement between 12/2/2025 - 01/31/2026, you qualify for 50% off your monthly bookkeeping rate as specified in your proposal and service agreement. We go over all the details before you sign.
